The fed profile people, watch, and harass them. They manipulate people to follow and become what they profile them as. Their harassment campaigns gaslight people that were once different but innocent into manifesting the profile that the fed pressure them into becoming. This is what real "gangstalking" is. It's social psychological manipulation.
