Which is why my network TV free lifestyle is much more pleasant. Advertisements ruin everything good.

I know this isn't the time or place. But Death deserves a proper name. It's a weird hill I preach on since figuring it out.

Death comes for us all.

Pestilence - disease, by virus, bacteria, parasite, prion, etc will lead to death.

Famine - starvation, or dehydration, or simply lack of proper nutrition leads to death.

War - violence, man vs man, for reasons unknown, but entirely human made leads to death.

Death - Leads to death? His name should be something else we fear. And what we fear is related to the above. A few names I propose are Mortality, Age, or just Time - we cannot live forever.

Well theres good news and bad news.

Good news is that it's organic matter that can easily change form.

The whole thing reeks. That's a lot of federal agencies, and more importantly I would like Walz to weigh in on why ICE was operating in his state. I'm sure he wasn't informed. And I'm sure he won't like the answers he is given.

If ICE is there, it doesn't matter what they are "investigating." They are going to do something that violates human rights.

I've warned my family, that if I ever see ICE vehicles or personnel, I will personally stand in the way of those vehicles leaving with anyone detained. If I get arrested, I'll still see my day in court. That's more than I can say for whoever ends up in ICE custody. If I get run over? That ought to wake more people up.

The way things are going, we're either going to die by famine, disease, or political violence. And I don't plan to make their jobs easy.

If a nerdy ass WASP will stand up for his neighbor, then hopefully my other neighbors will too.

If ICE can operate this openly in Minneapolis, then they will operate anywhere.

Edit: to add, if this agent needs to wear a mask to protect his identity - he is doing something wrong.

In Nazi Germany, that usually led to the former being disappeared by the latter. I don't expect that to happen, but it would be exciting to see.

In my ex's case, she was well aware of it. Apparently she "practiced it" since she was a child because she got sick and tired of being told to "smile" and that no one looked good frowning all the time. Self-proclaimed resting bitch face model too.

While she could take off and on this mask, it was incredibly draining to do it. But she also couldn't not do it. It was weird.

Unfortunately for her, she also couldn't comprehend the emotions of other people at all, and failed to grasp why I might be upset that she cheated on me, and why I might be more than happy to cut her off from the financial security that being married to me provided.

I don't use a customer service voice, but my ex, holy shit did she have a customer service voice that she did automatically. I hated it. High pitched, overly friendly, clearly lying about who she was.

Drove me nuts. Shed use it for meeting people the first time too, and the longer she used it the friendlier they became, which reinforced it and ugh.

I didn't really think about it before, but yes, the tactile sensation of its smooth but clearly not artificially smooth surface is there. The apple isn't in one piece like this. It's fragmented but connected (seemingly like everything else in my memory). When I think of an apple, the shape, the various red shades, surface feel, crispness, smell and flavor of a bite, as well as the visual guidance of a knife to cut into it all manifest at nearly the same time.

And yes, that's exactly how I would describe it like a framebuffer. Almost as fast too, a single frame where an image of an apple sits on a table then the rest of my processing continues.

For whatever reason, computer science and architecture has helped me explain this as sort of a populated instance of class Apple. This instance sits in hard storage, and retrieves it when I get apple from main memory.

But that's not just all. Apple is a fruit, so I also get information about the fruit object, and fruits connected to it too, in real time.

I have ADHD, so I know my brain is physically wired differently. I suspect it's related to the "cobweb" of thoughts that is normally present.
