  • Like you have a point, it just feels like it's against the spirit of the post.

I see liberals (at least in the US) as folks that mean well, but maybe aren't so informed. They can have a seat at my table.

  • No one likes me

  • Well you posted supporting two things that near everyone around here is against. You might be a nice person idk.

Really sucks no one likes you. Wish you the best.

  • If you were down to use hugging face DeepHeremes is a reasoning model built on top of Mistral Small 24b. It'd fit decently well in 20GB.

Maybe the ollama run hf.co/{username}/{repository} command would make it easy enough for you.

Reasoning models usually are better for math.

  • True it would have to be physically grounded somehow. Maybe an obscure and uncharacteristically benevolent hyper rich fella sets up camp in the north pole.

I guess if we want Santa to exist historically it would take a religious level of interest and investment in ancient times. He would have to be reveared as a god and donated to. Then the organization can have the resources to get everyones Christmas list and send out presents on Christmas.

  • Nous has been awesome. That Ascension Maze model card was interesting. Definitely sounded like the model wrote it itself lol.

I am the biggest fan of folks diving into thought processes and how to amplify cognition, and I really appreciate Nous doing so much of it out in the open.

  • I think as telescopes get better we just keep noticing bigger structures. Maybe this is just the biggest one we know right now.

I feel like it'd take some amazing statistics and millions of years of data to detail out structures larger than our observable universe.

  • I get the point your making. But I feel your aggravation, and it makes me aggravated. It feels like ya just want to argue. If you wanted to have a good faith discussion you wouldn't portray the other side like that.

The one thing I'll say is that political homogeny can be called an echo chamber or a community depending on your angle. If you never leave it's an echo chamber, but if you have other sources then its just a community. I wouldn't call that objectively a bad thing.
