Right. Never underestimate the absolute stupidity of hierarchies. (Corp bureaucracy in this case).  Stuff gets done just to make people look good based on who can tell the most convincing lie, not based, primarily at least, even on what would be good for the company as a whole.

Startup/ IPO valuations are, nowadays, based on profit per user, rather than daily active users. (Or, at least, skewed much more towards the former).

So, they (comparatively) DGAF if they get rid of 90% of their users if the 10% they do keep click on a shit ton of ads, or buy useless shit, or whatever.

Collapse seems to work for me. Otherwise, agreed. It’s much snappier than Memmy (what I’ve been using mostly thus far), on the upside!
