Upon the unveiling of your transmitted image, I must confess, my sensibilities were profoundly assaulted. The depiction, though I shan't delve into its particulars, elicited in me a sensation most disconcerting, akin to the physical maladies of nausea and profound distaste. It is a sensation most challenging to articulate in polite company, yet I find myself duty-bound to convey my honest reaction, albeit with the greatest respect and consideration for your artistic endeavors.

I do hope you interpret my words not as a slight upon your character or artistic merit but as an earnest reflection of the visceral response elicited within me. The image, whilst no doubt a product of considerable effort and creativity on your part, regrettably failed to resonate with my aesthetic preferences and indeed, agitated my otherwise steadfast composure.

Ouiji was the worst offender of this. The first half of the movie, it’s got some of my favorite subtle directing in it, keeping you on your toes, then BAM. Halfway through they’re showing the creature in full view and it’s some generic black goo. Not scary at all. Would have been way better if the horror never showed its face.

There’s also a clear reflection of the sign on the left side. I’d it was photoshop, they would have to be a pro.

A paper clip in your ear sounds like a great way to puncture an eardrum.

For starters, not having the GPU power cable plugged in won’t damage anything. If you were to keep it powered on, you likely wouldn’t get any display output at all and more than likely would get an error or the OS would fail to boot.

The graphics card should also have a fail safe to keep from damaging itself on low power. It’s worth mentioning that the graphics card can pull some power from the PCI-E lane, but not enough to run the card on its own.

I’ll pick up maybe one or two games a year at full price. Just about everything else goes in a wishlist and I’ll just wait for a sale.

This was recently updated for paid users. You can now browse the internet, upload files and images, and they’ve also unlocked APIs by giving it tokens. It’s getting closer to being fully multi-modal quite quickly.

Not that Apple’s pricing isn’t definitely over the top, but the RAM on a Raspberry Pi isn’t even in the same league as RAM in a MacBook Pro.

Debate Me

I don’t have it this bad, but I despise having to go to the dentist. I must have gagged about a dozen times last time I went. Something about people shoving hands in my mouth… ¯(ツ)/¯

It’s kind of magic how we are finding that having a third party resolves a lot of the issues. I wonder if the future structure will rely on more of a Prompt > Filter AI > Generative AI > Filter AI > Output. It seems ChatGPT and the Bing implementation have at least some level of AI detection on the image side already.
