  • Here I am wondering when I'll get three hours in a row to play a game. No kids even just life but wife around so things get limited compared to living alone. Mean if a safe and reload works, least that doesn't take too long.

  • Either being evil to the core or the great healthcare that being in the US Senate that lets them live so long. They should give everyone the same healthcare as the Senate does and run an experiment. At the very least US citizens would have decent healthcare even if the evil people got to run things. Thankfully I'm Canadian, but I do want what's best for our neighbors.

  • Technically that was his son in law right? I figured Ivanka would be the more intelligent one, the men just want daddy to acknowledge their existence. There's the time Trump slapped Junior in his college dorm for not wearing a suit to go to a ball game(or something similar if that's off). Of course who do you think was given more attention a kid? Not to mention all his disgusting comments Trump made about his daughter. Think after you get a billion you keep your head down and hope the investigations don't turn towards you.

  • I'm doubtful he considers the law before taking any action, he does what he wants and being rich that's what lawyers and fines are for, cost of business (not that he pays if he can get away with it for regular business costs). I'm sure there's many things he should have been charged with years ago but heaven forbid a rich person goes to jail. Yes I know it happens once in awhile, then the media plasters it everywhere and smokescreens the tierd justice system, and it seems to happen only when they screw over other rich people. He's lived a life without boundaries and it shows, everything is handed to him on a tacky gold plated platter.

  • Yes,minor spoiler but I was made smelly at one point, I was curious so used a thing of water to make everything wet, this stopped the effect. Probably could have gone through a river too. That made me curious there was a bad substance on the ground, I shattered water again and it made it passable. Now this sounds simple but I'm programming terms it's the same action interacting that changes different systems (in place hazard and character modifier). That alone could create small bugs when interacting with different modifiers, items and NPCs. For the most part someone wouldn't run into a quarter of the bugs they post (even a quarter is high) but someone will and it's awesome they are being patched.

Personally I've played about 20 hours since release, the only bug I had was when I was playing on hotfix 4 before they fixed that hotfix. It sounds worse than it was, since it was a compiler issue. I'm sure others aren't as lucky but even 10000 bugs isn't bad when it's a rare and edge cases. But with probability you get more players (and this game seemed to sell very well) and the weird bugs that even beta testers didn't find will come up.

  • Just wanted to comment that land vehicles have their purpose because take off in the ship takes a noticeable amount of fuel (though not as bad as it used to be) It's not bad but you can drive around to get resources in vehicle much easier (assuming you're trying to explore a bit). Not saying you're completely wrong or anything, once you get so far you rarely need to go resource gathering anyways.

Base building is kinda fun if you're into it (plus you get to build the inside of your freighter like a base) and there's lots of missions and a decent chunk of story somewhere in there. It's pretty shallow but more like a wading pool than a puddle at least. It's fun to relax with and wander but I tend to lose interest before I can find the new ships and all so haven't even got a living ship yet had it since release.

  • Don't they get immunity for things said on the floor? Otherwise I'm not sure but that's the only restriction I've heard on it, and even that may have limits. Couldn't read the article either so just reverted to reading the headline and commenting, as is tradition.

  • Yup, with their gishgallop they flood the zone with excuses and hope people start picking apart the details of their obvious lies...rather than focusing on the fact the whole thing can't be done by the handwaving of an Adderall binging narcissist President without proper procedures. The government has so much paperwork for getting a passport, you think declassification takes less? Okay that's just a guess I really have no idea on the paperwork needed for declassification but I assume it's more than to say yes to the lady behind the desk, or announce it to the chandelier in your bathroom while you squeeze out a deuce.

  • So with wildfires in Canada there's evacuation zones near me, but I can't click on some announcement links from the main site that shows the evacuation zones because they go to twitter and you need to log in now. I think they show some on other pages on the site but they do the quicklink to the twitter announcement in the sidebar so you have to click around a bit to get to it. Yes I know the name but whatever. My point being is when the social media site that was meant for short bits of info isn't good for emergency notifications where everyone can read, it's shitty and potentially harmful.

  • I always think of the South Park episode that dealt with the Napster piracy when Metallica gets mentioned. Oh no she can only afford the Golfstream 3 without the surround sound with remote control. I get it, but it was amusing.

  • I haven't printed 50 pages over many months, but I still have a laser for those times it's useful. Pretty soon they'll be able to downgrade your colour to black only, at only a slight surcharge over the regular black ink plan. I noticed they say you can print 50 pages but do they give the paper too? Heh.

  • Given a number of decions over the recent years I imagine Purdue will be award for damage done by their bankruptcy and be made into a monopoly over whatever makes sense. Sorry I dunno exactly what Purdue makes or can make, besides opioids that they didn't care they oversold and understated the addiction effects of while pocketing billions. Any person in jail for selling heroin either looks in awe, is extremely pissed or both at their position. Just have to be rich before you lie to sell your drugs I guess.

  • That's the game I first used this name in online multiplayer. Was weirded out when I started seeing Orbitz travel popups (I was thinking of that drink, hadn't heard of the travel site). Don't recall much of the game other than for the time it looked quite clean, shiny and well lit compared to the original Quake. Though I don't think I even finished the single player so I may have missed out on later atmosphere.

  • So it's not Amazon's responsibility to confirm the address of companies they allow to sell products on their site? I think that's at least partially in Amazon's domain, they can at least confirm addresses and where sellers are shipping products from compared to their return labels. It may be cost effective but if the seller doesn't expect their shoes back why even bother? Oh cause then customers would take advantage... yeah can't have that.

  • Huh 1943 was still up, was a nice remake from what I recall. I understand the whole shutting down games sucks but this list isn't highly played I assume. No offense meant to those who play it, and it does suck when agame you want to play goes down. I had the opposite issue where servers were up but no one played with Shadowrun (Xbox 360)

With current battlefield you can at least mostly play Bad Company, and I assume golf has something current. But yeah sucks in it's way but free servers and blah blah blah.
