Incorrect. Last I checked, theft is depriving the original owner of their product or service. When it comes down to it, piracy is essentially making an illegal copy, meaning the original is still there.
Just to put things in perspective, this is the guy that was quoted in saying:
"As we look at the current situation in Europe, we're basically waiting to see how beaten up people's psyches get, and where they're willing to sell assets… You want to wait until there's really blood in the streets". (Source).
Suffice to say, he's not really interested in improving the human condition.
OP said their son in his friends use Xbox Series X/S, so that effectively removes Krunker and Minecraft Java Edition. That said, I believe Minecraft Bedrock Edition is available for XSX.
Stardew Valley is great, but the son's social group has 5 people. Stardew Valley only supports up to 4.
Cities Skylines does not have multiplayer.
Can't speak for Dorfromantik, because I haven't played it, but the rest seem like great choices.
You should! The beginning may be a bit slow, but before long you'll be building sweet bases or exploring the underground or doing whatever you like, really. It also has a ridiculous amount of content with even more to come next year, apparently. Also, no hunger/thirst mechanics! Like yourself, I don't like 'em. Terraria has HP and MP, that's it.
Damn right it was! "Trust the fungus" my ass. I trust the fungus as far as I can throw it and I have toothpick arms. What's next? Giving fungus voting rights? Legalising fungus marriage? Wake up, sheeple, they are taking you for a ride!
In all seriousness though, are we labeling just everything as "woke" now?
Piracy, actually, but yes. That tweet was such a dumpster fire. All it accomplished was it showed how grossly misinformed Linus was about this topic. How ad blocking equals copyright infringement is beyond me.
With all the negative press this game has been getting, they might as well rename it to Suicide Squad Kill Rocksteady Studios.
