Which country do you live in and how much paid time off work do you get?

    • unlimited vacation time (my boss very much lets me use it too)
    • 40 “sick” hours a year
    • “ bereavement leave “ (death in family)
    • 12 holidays

    I will admit I am lucky for being in the US. It most likely helps that I work for one of those evil Silicon Valley tech companies.

  • Being on both…. I can say I am on Bluesky way more, more engagement, more big names etc etc. Mastodon feels dead in comparison.

  • I am curious how forcing people into an office saves money, building expenses, utilities etc etc. remote would be cheaper I would think. Large scale lay offs would save money, Musk isn’t wrong there… not sure that will make the remaining workers really work hard but yeah.
