Madison Square Garden is a private event venue. They can accept or deny anybody they like. Their acceptance, or rejection, of a political candidate will also have nothing-to-fucking-do with "democracy" or free speech.

Sealion infestations are problematic. Be sure to call your local exterminator promptly whenever you encounter one.

Our biggest offender would, but they're currently serving a 3-day ban for Sealioning (public mod logs are awesome).

Those fuckers are so fucking sensationalist. They use the same simple-mined tactics as right-wing propaganda mills. A 20 minute video of theirs could be condensed into 5 without those tactics and actually do far more to push forward their "law based coverage".

I quickly put them in the "not worth the sensationalist propaganda" bucket after watching a handful of their videos

Have you seen the scammers on other social media platforms? MLM schemes, love scams, charging a fuck-to of money to teach people how to write entry letters to casino sweepstakes for "free" online casino coins.

I can only imagine what a place that starts with gathering together people that view life as a zero-sum game develops for scamming and ripping people off.

Please don't gaslight us. It's a terrible look.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to uninstall OneDrive & Teams from my work computer thanks to a Windows update reinstalling them. My IT director is getting frustrated by it too because he has to keep updating GP and other tools to prevent them from showing up and users inadvertently putting shit into the MS Cloud accidentally because OneDrive likes to insert itself the default documents folder.

I also prefer my start bar to be on the left hand side of my left-most monitor in vertical orientation (I run a tri-montior setup in a tie fighter configuration).

As already stated, the new right-click menu is also ass, and I keep having to fix it to get the actual fucking options I want/need without having to click a button to "show more options" from a menu that loads noticeably slower, or shift-right-click to get the intended menu.

There's a ton of other little annoyances, like removing or relocating configuration flows with inferior tools that don't support everything that used to be configurable. AI search in my start bar (so glad for PowerToys Run).

Windows 11 has done a great job at removing user control over their OS by forcing changes (often inferior to the old version/way) and forcing optional software installs (just wait til Recall is sitting on everybody's machine).

Things that are nice: A better networking stack, blue tooth management, and a powerful built-in windows layout manager (Snap Layouts)

One rule Reddit Politics had that I loved was the "No Concern Trolling" rule.

That combined with a general bad faith argument rule would clean this kind of trolling up real quick.

The fact that this community hasn't implemented these kind of rules has been sad. However, it's not like we're flooded with this type of content. But that doesn't mean it's not an issue

Trump has just made people that are prone to poor rational thinking and emotional outbursts ravenous for some sort of internal war to begin. His continued rileing of his base and supporters on fictional doomsdays approaching has finally gotten people that are on edge to finally toppled off that edge and commit their crimes.

Shouting "were not fascists!" while doing facist things, does not stop you from being fascists.

I'm unfortunately terrible @ audio-over work. I know from successive failures and attempts using various tools over the years.
