In a nation so riddled with poverty, strife, and failing public services, where most of us are struggling just to keep a roof over our heads and get our serious illnesses treated, is it any surprise that things like this fall through the cracks?
It's these sorts of issues that a first world nation should have the time and energy to focus on improving.
Unfortunately these days we're a second world nation that still thinks it's a first world nation. Heck, a not insignificant portion of us still think we're as important as when we were the British Empire 🤦♀️
We're delusional, we need to have a reality check on our new, smaller place in the world, and on how successful and wealthy our economy and our people actually are.
Once we come to terms with how weak and feeble we have become as a country, we can refocus our efforts based on reality - not on a fantasy of our past glory, and then hopefully backlogs like this can slowly begin to be dealt with ❤️
This was the game where I couldn't figure out how to fly the space ship properly, and then I went to land on a strange abandoned space station and couldn't figure out what to do there beyond reading some alien text that didn't make much sense, right?
I'm sure I didn't give it a fair lick, it's just it took up 2 hours of my time and didn't hook or particularly engage me up to that point, so I didn't feel like going back in and slogging through the slow burn to get to the good stuff.
That's on me I suppose, I should try it again!
Does it pick up and get a little more interesting and robust, at least? I'm not looking for hardcore shooter action, but like, I dunno, interesting people, engaging quests and cool places to go whilst doing them, and such. Something to keep me interested, you know?
Everyone's different, of course, walking simulators with the occasional small bit of world building text to read just aren't for me is all.
In what way does the suspension require regular servicing or an online connection to a server to function? That would be the only reason to offer it as an ongoing service cost.
Otherwise, you're just paying extra for something already in your car, not for an actual service, which would make no sense?
What next, paint ongoing service fees for having wheels? Not even for ensuring they're regularly replaced, serviced, or repaired, just for the ability to use them at all....
They come as a package, I've never seen the trousers on sale on their own o.O
Any clothing shop will have them, Debenhams, Next, Matalan is a good shout actually try there, you'll even find them places like George. Anywhere that sells night clothes really.
Just pick cotton rather than polyester for your pajamas, much more comfy :-)
I'm missing something here, because I keep seeing posts like this one that have no content. No images, no videos, not a text post, it's just the title "What doesn't kill ya" with no explanation.
I see all other posts elsewhere fine, it seems to just be posts in this one community, or from this one user maybe? I'm not sure.
The really annoying thing is that these coatings used to be optional paid extras, and when I got some new lenses for the first time in almost a decade they quickly became blotchy and awful so I went back to get some more but this time with zero coatings.
Specsavers told me that's wasn't possible, that ALL lenses have these coatings now, it's not even optional.
Glasses lenses used to last years and years, now they're blotchy crap after only 3 or 4 years. Bloody ghets know what they're doing. And ripping us off while they're at it with their high prices £££
I am going to bang on so many apartment doors until the old lady that lives inside doddles over to answer and when I hear the key rattling in that lock I will flying kick that door off the hinges, blasting her unconscious, so thar I can take everything out of her wallet and her safe.
What was that? Is she a suspect? ...Suspect in what? Hey did you see my cool apartment? I can afford a new sofa now!
Hyundai and Kia upgraded their cars' anti-theft tech in early 2023. Vehicles equipped with the enhanced software will only start if the owner's key, or an identical duplicate, is in the ignition.
Fucking.... What? A 2023 anti theft technology upgrade added the space age cutting edge concept of starting the car with... the key?
If my car could start without the key in the bloody ignition I'd be furious, that's what the key is for, haha. You can add extra doohickeys to enhance security, but the first line of defence is the key that starts the car.
Why would you need an account to play a single player, non cloud hosted game?
