  • It helps to not dread tomorrow

  • IIRC the thing that causes long term damage is staying in the same position for long periods of time. Without a back rest, there isn't much movement you can do to change position. I could be misremembering though

Edit: of course you could just stand up every once in a while and that'd probably take care of it I guess, I'm not an Orthopedist

  • Wrists is what immediately jumped out at me, but a chair with no back support = no good long term

  • We've realized it's not going to be a sudden apocalypse, but a slow one

  • Intellectually I know it's fine. I know there's plenty of time to complete the game. I just can't stand a ticking clock counting down, constantly. It makes me anxious and completely ruins my enjoyment of the game. I also have this problem with Stardew Valley where I constantly feel like there's not enough time and I'm being pulled in several directions at once and I can't focus on anything. It's a nightmare.

  • My asshole would to assure you it's not made up and does in fact really hurt.

  • If you had a stomach ache and had a poo with stomach acid in it (eg diarrhea), the acid can irritate your ring and make farts hurt.

  • Will, who tf is Delilah?

  • of course it's cheap, it's filled with spiders. I'm willing to pay a premium and deal with neighbors to avoid my flesh being necrotized

  • That's why I use "site:reddit.com" instead of just adding "reddit"

  • Like ten people in all of the US love Biden, others just understand that he's the lesser of two evils

  • Yeah, sure. Who tf, in 2024, would believe that?

  • Cool! I have no idea what any of that means, but cool! I get the feeling that you really enjoy what you do, and if that's the case I'm glad for you :3

  • Give Princess Mononoke and/or Howl's Moving Castle a shot. On average, Ghibli movies are slow-paced and mostly slice-of-life, but those two have more action in them.

  • Outstanding.

Edit: Unironically. My top 10 films, in no particular order: Alien, The Thing, Ghost in the Shell, Blade Runner, My Neighbor Totoro, Whisper of the Heart, Kiki's Delivery Service, Lord of the Rings

  • Not to defend the social security number system (because it's terrible for unique identification of individuals and when it was created it wasn't even intended to be used for that purpose) but you're not supposed to carry it around with you all the time. It's supposed to be in a drawer/safe/fireproof bag with the rest of your important documents, and only brought out when you need it.
