Except it sounds like there are no elections for these new reps and people would be able to change their delegate at will whenever they want? But if it’s on a crypto-style ledger then it would have to either cost something (to prevent abuse) to change or be free after X period or on an election cycle. Definitely an interesting thought.
Good news, oil changes on electric cars are not a thing. Wiper blades, wiper fluid, air filters, rotate tires is about it. Maybe brakes and brake fluid at some point but haven’t needed it in over 5 years yet.
Only thing I’ve needed at the mechanic is rotate/balance tires and replace cracked windshield as I don’t want to own the equipment for that.
If it’s a matter of ownership, CDs physically smaller and less fragile, but the digital bits seem to rot over time… does vinyl have a similar problem with longevity if stored properly?
I’m not defending him or his actions. All I wanted to comment on is his candy bars have a handful of ingredients compared to 50+ unpronounceables (exaggerating somewhat) in competitor bars. Sugar and candy is never healthy, but if I have to get one, I usually grab those because it seems like a better option.
I support Valve for creating these things which I value and appreciate. Which keeps me buying on Steam instead of Gog first as GP is endorsing. If Gog makes a handheld or any other type of hardware that helps push the industry forward, I will definitely reconsider.
I’m just wondering if, during sentencing, slavery is already being part of the punishment, or of it has to be tacked on separately or explicitly. I.e are convicts being sentenced to slavery, explicitly, or do they have a choice in any of the slavery stuff? I’m asking about what is actually happening today.
Is that what sentencing typically involves, terms of slavery? I.e you are to serve X years at Y penitentiary? Does it need to be more specific or is that good enough for Y to “loan” out to do whatever?
What are you contemplating switching from? Does your current OS meet those criteria?
