Do you monitor the fediverse for mentions to mojeek, so you can jump in and comment?

You got a point. Perhaps a dedicated thread or maybe a generalized machine embroidery community would be a better starting point

I never used embroideryware, but I've been using inkstitch consistently for my work, and it has been great so far. The only thing I tried to do, but found no option, is cross stitch, but I have been thinking about trying to code that and contribute to the project

About the tutorials, sorry, I know none of them. I've been learning by experimentation and trial and error

If we had a few more people, we could start a lemmy community about inskstitch, so we could exchange our experiences.

Since arch is a rolling release distro, can't you just download an older iso from when it was below 1gb, install it and then update the system?

Well, if someone questioned the environmental consequences of combustion engines a hundred years ago, they would be laughed of, but decades later we came to the conclusion that they're terrible to tbe environment. Jumping on new things without pondering the consequences, like we mostly do as a society, isn't very different from fearing everything new. I think it's a good thing to have some caution and discuss the possible consequences of generative ai. I would prefer more data and less sentiment, though.

Crops like soybeans are mostly cultivated for animal consumption, but are you sure it holds for the entirety of the industrial agriculture?

With a de like kde mobile, it can be closer to a phone experience. Proprietary, obscure and unmaintained drivers for several phone components make such a project harder to develop.

I'm not the best person to explain, but they're distros with a read-only root filesystem. In some implementations, any changes, like installing a new package, or upgrading a version, can be interpreted as migrating a system from a state to another. This can mitigate some security risks and make machines easier to maintain.
