Don't try to gaslight with AI and that other bullshit. They are absolutely torturing prisoners and murdering women and children every day. Do whatever mental gymnastics you need to do to justify your stance, but just remember that there are innocent people suffering.

At first I thought this might be fine because the idiots are doing it to themselves. Then I remembered many of the idiots also are parents.

I work because I enjoy healthcare, food, and shelter. The system has always been rigged, so you just have to find something you enjoy (or can tolerate doing). Ideally try to think about things that make you happy and can pay you, and maybe try doing something in that field.

When I go on vacation to tropical states there are always some overly tanned boat captains that just drive drunk tourists around and get paid decently well for it. I always think about those guys when I'm having a hard day at work, "man, they sure figured it out"

They are super common where weed is legal. People fly into somewhere like Denver for the weekend to catch a show. Rather than buying a reusable battery, they will get a disposable vape (and probably some gummies).

Then it ends up in the landfill or as litter. I am in favor of making these one time use electronics illegal (along with single use plastics like balloons, plastic silverware, etc.. but that is another thread)
