I really hope he doesn't threaten to gut people's retirement funds and gets shot for it. That would be terrible.

He doesn't, that's true. He will do the same regardless, but this is more ammunition for the media to normalize this behavior.

I want our government representatives to be held to a higher standard. These people work for us, and if they are breaking the law send them to court AND sentence them like anyone else. There should be no get out of jail free cards for people in your circle.

This seems like a terrible precedent to set when a criminal has been elected. If old age doesnt get Trump during this term I can already hear him say, 'But sleepy Joe did it!", as he pardons all his buddies

The robots probably wouldn't stop with the other robots. For example, if Israel had remote piloted robot warriors do you think they would only attack and kill other robots? They would just send them into Palestine, slaughter the "hostiles" and wouldn't bat an eye.

Doubt it was random since it was so well orchestrated. You bring up a great point though, it's best not to assume motive until more information is available.

Even if you wanted some proprietary tech installed in your body, it seems like such a terrible idea. What happens when the thing is obsolete? What happens if there is a bug? What happens when Elons team didn't consider some edge case or basic engineering principles? What is to prevent them from doing something unethical once it is installed?
