This sounds like there was miscommunication on what this event is supposed to be and suppost to address.

I mean its not like she made fun of disabled journalist or something. There was no malice in this, just misunderstandings.

I am absolutely pro science. But in all earnestness, what is the use of such a study?

So you need serious scientists to spend time, resources and money on a scientific study so you can tell cat haters "Gotcha. I told you so!"??

I just always wonder what we gain scientifically with these kind of studies. Why do we need to prove this? Aren't there any more important issues these scientists could use their time and money on?

I'm asking in all earnestness. What is the benefit of this knowlege?

You don't have the luxury to wait anymore now. Especially when you have health issues. If you wait to see if your pregnacy is viable or if your body can do it they might just let you die when urgent complications arise.

Meals for children, schools, infrastructure, public transport, community centers and outreach. Not bailouts and subsidies for rich companies. That's what I want.

If they wouldn't be too lazy to work and pull themselves up by their bootstraps, work 3 to 5 full time jobs, they wouldn't have to starve.

Keeping living space clean at all times

This is exactly what im struggling with.

I'd buy houskeeping services for the next few decades. A person or company who tidies and cleans my space, does the laundry, the grocery shopping and cooks healthy non processed meals.

Of everywhere I traveled, my favorite place in the world to visit was Samosir Island in Lake Toba.

So it's a lake island in a volcanic lake on the Island of Sumatra in the worlds biggest Island country (Indonesia).

Its not a private Island and there are people living there and even tourists coming regularly. But getting to it is quite the effort, so I call it reclusive in that way.

If you suddenly haven only one book to read for the rest of your live, something big has probably happened to humanity and your interest in society would have to be historical not practical.

I have the "Triology" as an old omnibus that I bought second hand. It's huge and very unpractical to read, but it does have all 5 parts in one book.

I'd take that or Steven Kings The Dark Tower series which I actually have as one long epub file that contains the complete series. That counts as one book too, right?

I just need as much as possible to read.

My clock radio alarm is from the late 80's, I guess. It was my Dad's before and it still works fine.
