I recommend this podcast to a lot of people and always have to say "it's NOT a pro-QAnon podcast" every time.

It's very true, their mask slipped and they admitted what they are. The GOP are domestic terrorists intent on installing a theocratic Christian fascist regime in complete disregard of any freedoms or ideas you may hold. They do not engage in good faith discussions, the only thing they're interested in is power.

They're terrorists, and should be dealt with as such.

You might just have a weak stomach.

It's overly wordy and bloviating to say little. Brevity and conciseness show intelligence. Typing paragraphs with absolutely no new ideas or analysis makes you look conceited and aloof.

What's your point? It's called compromise. Obviously we're not going to completely lock the border down to 0 immigration, and obviously we're not going to dissolve the border tomorrow. So you try to work out a deal making the most people happy while minimizing downsides.

Yeah the article is a bit strange. They call them environmental protesters but they seem to have been protesting food insecurity. Which I guess can be considered environmental but isn't usually what I think of.
