I like what Valve are undertaking with the Steam Deck so I’m supporting them either way…

However, I totally agree with you.

This is misleading. Having played the game with optimised settings and FSR, it does look good but no matter the settings, there are countless dips, without any interruptions.

What you wanted to say is… the game runs at 30FPS as long as your are not outside. The game is so unstable that saying 30FPS is kinda false actually.

Saving this for when it’s not 2AM.

I used FL Studio and because it does run super well on Linux, I used only some samples and the stock plugins.

It all started from arpeggiated sample I liked a lot that I slowed down to put it at my correct BPM (130), then I created the bass line using the slicer tool (ALT+U in the piano roll) with the 3 notes preset.

I added some Flanger & Gain & Delay to the bass to give some more resonance.

Then I made an hip-hop drum line using a kit I downloaded on reddit. Nothing too special here, I should try to experiment more with the drums.

Finally, I just wrote the melody and added a filter with some LFO.

After I got this big loop I did some arrangement and that was pretty much it :)). 1h40-2h to make.

Seriously, I can’t imagine a world where you invest millions in a project just to give it for free. I don’t see how someone could think it’s frustrating.

For once, if you like a game and want to support the industry, buy it. Vote with your wallet.

I have the same problem. I generally just leave my torrent client running in the background when I work. I never leave it running because I think of my parents’ electricity bill.

If you have a server the key is just… time. Leave it be, and when you’re not downloading anything, go full throttle on sharing!
