  • Forced?

  • They released dev builds which some contributors could fork, but no official release.

  • Same with me and I have tried several things with no luck.

  • I find it weird that you do not care for DE since it affects your workflow, but anyway. My take is if you need the latest packages go for Arch if you have the time, Manjaro if you do not and finally Debian for rock solid stability.

  • This is so clean, although I'm not a fan of light themes this one definitively checks the boxes of consistency, tidyness and simpleness.

  • just that?

  • I was born in 1996 andthis post made me very happy and nostalgic.

  • I had the same, windows takes ages to boot or load any program, start panel with ADS and clunky UI.

  • What would you say is a distro that is badly documented? Genuinely curious.

  • I agree, using WM is like a using a car, its obviously easier to use something ready out-of-the-box but it does not feel as good as customizing your own. Just like people treat cars as their identity you can do the same in your computer and the fact that in some cases you can achieve better performance in your workflow. To me it is like any investment, if it shaves some little time every day, eventually it will pay off.

  • Gentoo as a first distro is scary as fuck as a common person. How did you manage?

  • Do a WM version!!!!!!

  • I think it has some google libraries to integrate google drive and some other things(not sure). Personally I did not like the workflow. maybe because I am a Lawnchair user.

  • You can just download the cracked version. Its on some popular mod site that now I can not remember.

  • that is one long host name

  • What exactly do you mean by your title? Im genuinely confused.

  • Thunder gang!

  • I used for a long time LineageOs, is not necessarily what you are asking for but it one of the best options out there.
