My friend struggled with heroin and was told to use marijuana to get off of opiates. It worked for him-- I guess happily baked people can't be arsed to get off the couch to go score drugs.
Regardless, it's ridiculous that something with medical potential isn't deemed a priority to "look into". One thing our JT did right was to legalize it federally 2.5 years into his first term. I'm assuming some US pharma companies are delaying it.
I vote left (Canadian), and I think she's a menace to the environment. There's this weird logical fallacy going around that if you dislike her, you must be a conservative. SloppyEngineer's article says she shat out 2.8 tonnes of c02 emissions on this 28 mile trip-- it's okay to call out hypocrisy, she doesn't get a pass.
It's nice that she got the GoP finally care about climate change though, haha.
As a Canadian, I have the luxury of just loathing this guy for the dead bear and now this. It must be pretty terrifying for USians to think this guy was almost on the ballot.

Very good point. #TrumpIsACoward was trending on his "Truth Social" at the start of this month-- I'm assuming they've all been vocal "yes men" up to this point. I can see it rattling him and causing doubt.
That and the sinking sensation he no doubt got after the "JD Vance was a mistake" articles.

The estate noted that Trump did not have permission to use this song, but that they would consider allowing him to use the Harrison song "Beware of Darkness".

I cannot stand his voice; I always end up muting the TV and reading the closed captioning. Those poor people that have to do the live captioning though..

I don't think anyone means to disparage the very real concerns facing USians, and I think non-USians recognize this affects every one of us regardless of country (I recently made a comment regarding this exactly).
I think that commenter was just using humour because it's quite overwhelming that within a week-- Trump's been shot at and Biden is stepping aside.
If us outsiders are feeling this, then I imagine it is so much worse for USians. I am empathetic to how stressful this must be, and hope for a candidate who annhilates Trump and leads your country towards healing.
