  • Star Wars Jedi: Survivor 55% off right now (Steam)

Street Fighter 6 44% off right now (Fanatical)

Starfield 33% off right now (40%, microsoft store, Feb 8 2024)

Fairing a little bit better than the above:

Resident Evil 4 Remake 25% off right now (Steam)

Persona 3 Reload 15% off right now GameBillet

    Baldur's Gate 3 10% off historically (10%, gog, Dec 21 2023)

These are just the ones I'm familiar with off the top of my head. Of them, only Baldur's Gate 3's discount levels are what I would call "healthy". 10% for Christmas and no discount since means it's doing well.

  • This game is hardly the only one being discounted heavily and early on in it's life cycle, it's just the most egregious example that I'm aware of.

  • I have an iPad Mini 5th Gen, and I use it for reading and watching youtube videos

  • If this isn't a sign of market difficulties, I'm not sure what would be.

  • It's a decent packaging solution.

regarding the sandboxing, all the negatives are present with none of the benefits, wish they'd just rip that shit out

if you want to run software you don't trust, firejail it or get it's snap

  • If it's really so misguided why does it need this much attention?

  • You could have a main female character in Mass Effect but it never felt shoehorned in like a lot of crap these days. In fact I have never played Male!Shep.

  • I think the amount of outrage a Steam Curator group has generated solely by pointing out that $game used $consultancy_service indicates that there is something deeper about the subject. No smoke without fire and all that.

  • Personally I only ask that you "share-alike" aka make what you download from me available for others to download from you.

  • Almost every major linux distribution either has a KDE edition or can install KDE.

  • Does anyone know how to just turn the wallet subsystem off before the first login?

I absolutely despise how it behaves in comparison to the gnome keyring, the KDE wallet never fails to completely delete all of my passwords from my browser, which forces me to remake my browser profile to get them back after turning it off.

I use KeePassXC to manage my passwords

  • idk man it seems pretty kool

  • you fixed the bug by installing java(coffee)

  • slam definition: literally the mildest rebuke possible
