If there was ever cause for war this is it.

There's only been two attacks on embassies in modern history: the US on China, and now Israel on Iran.

The sheer quantity of geopolitical goodwill that the US decided to sacrifice in support of Israel is unfathomable to me.

It's particularly notable that ASEAN consists of the Muslim Brunei, Malaysia, and Indonesia as well as the Buddhist Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand.

Just like the US airstrike on China's embassy in Serbia, I'm sure this was just an unfortunate accident.

It's becoming increasingly clear that everyone (the Americans, the British, the Iranians, and likely the Russians) knew about the likelihood of an attack in Moscow. Makes it even more odd that everyone's intelligence was right on everything except the date.

The Iranians knew that an attack was brewing. The Americans and British knew the date (March 7th, within 48 hours) and a likely target ("concerts", as described in the US Embassy notice). The Russians had even pinpointed the location (Crocus City Hall, which saw a massive surge in security presence on March 7th and in the days following).

Why, then, did the attack occur on March 22nd? Did someone tip off the terrorists that their operation had been compromised by foreign intelligence, forcing them to call the original operation off and reschedule?

China pulled out a soft landing, huh? Real estate bubble deflated, COVID over, inflation low, economy still growing...

The US uses their convoluted visa process to blackmail foreigners into submission, dangles the American dream in front of immigrants, keeps Americans in debt, and filters all wealth (and thus, in a capitalist society, power) to the 1%.

This has always been a class problem. The people who are working to build a better America are not the people who make the decisions and they are not the people who have actual influence on America. Treating the working class as an unexceptional, unwanted "element of society" rather than it's backbone was always going to have this effect.
