  • Worst: My sister's wedding. Because I was so hungover the next day words cannot possibly describe its magnitude.

Best: My friends wedding. I was the best man, so I took it relatively easy, so despite being one of the last people to call it a night, I was relatively fine the day after.

However, I've only ever been to two weddings, so the range isn't that wide: They were both pretty fun events.

  • Excellent picture of an excellent album. "The Black Album" is absolutely one of my favorite AC/DC albums. Not quite on par with "Nevermind", but it's definitely up there. "Stairway to heaven" alone makes this one of John Foggertys legendary works.

PS: It was a loss to the band when Wes Borland left, but David Gilmore is a pretty great replacement drummer.

  • Everything is toxic, it's just a matter of dosage.

Also, there are plenty of rubber O rings, gaskets, and bushings between your tap and your water source - using anything else in your spigot will make absolutely no difference.

Unless you use something biodegradable. Then it would be an E-coli farm AND "toxic".

  • I've come to conclude that whenever there is a home networking issue, the solution is to avoid consumer grade hardware as much as possible. This usually takes care of having to reboot routers and access points every few days.

What I'd do in your case:

    • Turn off wifi on router. Bonus points if you can just set it to bridge mode and supply your own router, but that's a bit beyond most people. Just disabling wifi will do for now.
    • run cables from your router locations to the AP1 and AP2 location, so that you can avoid daisy chaining any access points.
    • Get a small PoE switch. "Any" will do.
    • Get three PoE access points and install them, one next to the router, one in the ap1 location, and one in the ap2 location.
    • Be sure to not set them up on the same channel. Same SSID and password, but didn't fderent channel: 1, 6, and 11 is usually a pretty solid choice if there aren't external factors affecting those.

If you want to do this as cheaply as possible, I suggest just doing the cable runs to avoid daisy chaining, but I suspect the wireless access points themselves might be the main issue.

As for APs, there are many that are good. I personally use three Aruba Instant-On that cover my entire three floor house with no problem.

  • Any chance that this is a matter of sample size? As in, he has more guys in Facebook than girls. At least the ones who know him well enough to ask this rather personal question.

I have no answer for you, but I don't see why this would be a gendered thing.
