Many people save up for such a major expense, like a car
So they save up for years, because they really would like to have that one specific car and then some idiot comes around and destroys it, because he doesn't like the owner of the manufacturer
And many people bought it while Tesla was pretty much the only decent EV
and even if the driver could buy the car without selling his kidney, it doesn't mean, that he has a bunch of cars in his home
Yeah, I recently saw a Tesla here with a sticker on its back reading:
"I bought this before Elon went crazy"
Those will probably get wildly popular to secure their cars
And I'm all with you, that destroying people's property is just a shit move...
Edit: and forgot to add:
There are still quite some anti-EV people around, that just seem to hate on EVs in general
If such a fucker destroys my Renault EV, I'd be more than just pissed
Much cheaper than heroin or fenta, still gives you enough of a buzz, and it can be bio and you know where it comes from without all the possible dirt in it.
I guess, you didn't really mean it, but if someone really thinks about fenta or H as a substitute for alcohol or medical opiates, please consider this alternative, as you have much more control of what you put into your body.
And a tea holds up for like 24h, in comparison to a much shorter timeframe with H or fenta - which in those cases is/was a good thing, as you can dosage it much better e.g. during surgery.
But for pain relief or just recreational stuff, short lived opiates are the devil, as you need to obviously take it more often - and with that, the little thing in your head will always say "oh come on, just a little bit more this time, I had a bad day/I deserved it today"
As said, I'm pretty sure your post wasn't serious, but people in such a situation should still consider safer and more cost effective alternatives.
I still don't get how people like to but have physical buttons in a car.
I do have most things at physical buttons and even the little stuff I need to do at the main screen is getting on my nerves, because I need to hit the correct space on the screen while driving (like confirming something or cancelling a route or something)
And even that feels like a major safety issue
Can't understand how people drive a Tesla, where even the speed of their windshield wipers are to be found somewhere in a sub menu
It would be such a great thing, when those imperialistic bigots start a war and just nobody shows up, because nobody wants to fight for their cause (pumping up their wallet)
Sadly, I'm afraid, too many people will fall for pseudo ideological bullshit and when a country gets attacked, obviously many people will want to defend it
Especially things with carbonic or citric acid are probably even worse here
Edit: and we need to keep in mind, the aluminium cans also have a plastic liner inside. So those probably aren't better either...
Shit thing, that glass is so heavy to move around.
And pretty much everything is stored in large plastic containers during production, until it's filled into whatever.
Not sure how we can actually get around this.
The best thing we can do, is probably just reducing the plastic intake, by avoiding plastic bottles, as they are much more prone to decay due to UV light and long term storage.
Could be just your file browser ("explorer") that has a window open with the content of that device, or maybe some program has a hiccup and didn't free it's file pointer
Usually you have a vendor and a device id to identify the connected device on the bus
You're right though, that in every different port it will get its own memory allocated an so on (at least I also believe that), but that's no reason to not identify the already known device
Sorry, English isn't my first language, so I'm not sure what you mean with "buy comprehensive"
It's a bit hard to describe for me, how I understand it, without just translating it directly ;-)
(Would be "umfassend" if that helps)
So, I understood it like extensive, exhaustive
But I'm not sure how that would translate to my shopping.
Would I just buy everything I need all at once?
But what signal would that send?
I guess, I just don't understand it correctly.
Thanks for helping me out here, I'm a bit stuck here...
