  • I'm today's date because I'm shrivelled up and old.

  • Went to uni there for 3 years (but didn't live there) in the 90's... can confirm...

  • The town in Gippsland with the giant cigar in the middle of it? Yeah, they're all drunk :D

  • HR can bite my shiny metal... hang on a sec, gotta check this email... ahh crap car rego... umm... they can bite this super awesome cake I bought them!

    Phew that was close.

  • I also like this because:

    a) PACKIDGE!

ii) It's the first screenshot from a phone I've seen in ages where the battery isn't at 4% remaining and I'm silently anxiously screaming CHARGE YOUR DAMN PHONE! 😆

  • I mean, she's already got the dress for it 😆

  • Yeah me too.

The cast, the production, it's all just -chef's kiss-

I just try and block out who is actually behind it.

  • Firefly/Serenity are still among my all-time faves. Great fun storytelling.

Well 'fun' unless you're a leaf on the wind, of course... :|

  • Spare?

Our deliveries are usually 'OK, 2 metres should do it.'

Then, many hours of shovelling later, 'Damn, guess we better order more...'

  • This is something I've been working on for about 18 months now, and it definitely helps.

When I get home from work my phone goes in a different room and I don't touch it at all. No laptop or iPad either. I usually read once our 5 year old is in bed and the dishes and chores are done and I get the chance to sit down.

I flew to North Qld and back a few weeks ago, no devices or screens.

My 'online' time is during breaks/lunch at work and that's it. I deleted Instagram a couple of years ago and haven't had Facebook since 2008.

I drive to work and back with NOTHING playing, no podcasts or music or anything, 3-4 hours of driving per day.

Being 'in the moment rather' than being attached to a screen or 'content' has really helped. Although I've found it DOES make me irrationally angry when I walk around (or even am at other family member's houses) and everyone is glued to their screens. Not to mention the at least 1 person a month I see watching YouTube while driving on the freeway...

  • It's the food truck that also scratches you and pushes things off your shelves while making full eye contact.

  • Oh crap... in this message thread I'm now beween Cat(fish) and bacon... RIP me :D

  • In my experience, NOTHING stands between cat and bacon. It's a scientific fact.

  • Because the robots might study and use the eggs as the first part of a plot to breed a race of genetically-enhanced super-chickens, which will become the physical muscle needed in their plan to Kill All The Humans, of course.

Gotta stop that shit before it starts, y'know.

  • My mother in law gave our 5 year old a very loud toy WHISTLE... sounds like you mix in the same circles 🤣 👿
