  • Personally, that is when I intend to switch to Linux. Will give 2 years of more proton, and wine, updates for me.

  • Marvel could probably squeeze 3 main line entries and 5 side line ones. Maybe even an origin story comic book.

  • Just jumping in to say my grandfather did. Not a popular fixture, but you always can add one.

  • I have seen some separate restrooms that are unisex plus handicap accessible. Think they are labeled "Family Restroom." Haven't used one though.

  • They may want to allow time for remodeling instead of just new signage. Maybe better stalls for actual privacy. I hate the typical stall I see in the US.

  • The only thing I find unusual here is using a knife. Unless the waffle or pancake is extra tuff for some reason. Otherwise, I will sometimes cut a meat up before starting to eat. I.E. country ham or pork loin.

  • Isn't that still from the episode where the virus that messed with speech spread?

  • Now I wish I had the money for a billboard. I don't think the digital ones are THAT expensive though.

  • Britta is the worst.

!Sorry, I immediately thought of Community. Or, is that what you wanted?!<

  • What do you mean by Valve's idea? Gaming oriented ultra mobile PCs existed before the deck. Valve just brought us an affordable one. (That runs Linux. Plus all the resources they put into proton.)

Edit: You can go back to at least 2010 with the Pandora.

Edit 2: I never heard of the Ocosmos OCS1 before, but it also dates to 2010 (announced).

Edit 3: Can't find anything suggesting the OCS1 actually released.

  • You didn't get the prepackaged "grilled cheese"? I am not joking, this was a real thing my real school really served. I was astonished that such a thing was real.

  • For mine, they brought in a stalk without leaves. That probably would have been circa '04.

  • This was only an experience one time, but I was waiting in line to checkout at Walmart and listed to the registers's beeps. I could hear about one beep per second from 3 or 4 registers combined. (all the ones they had staffed.) I could scan faster than a single register that day.

That being said, I hate the turn to self checkout. A conglomerate like Walmart has no excuse to not pay and staff properly. Or give me a discount for providing my labor.

  • I had never wondered about this. Did a quick search.

    Poll vs Survey

Both poll and survey are used to gather feedback and choices of the target audience. In the same industry, both poll and survey can be used to gain insights that will help to make better business decisions. Due to their overlapping usability, one is bound to get confused as to when to select what. The selection between online polls and online surveys is made on the basis of the number of factors such as:

    Questions

Polls consist of only one question which can be single-choice, multiple choice or an open-ended text question. Surveys consist of a number of questions across a wide range of question types such as multiple choice, ratings, matrix, heatmap, multimedia, and ranking questions.

    Time

Because online polls have only one question, it doesn't take much time to create them. For the same reason, they are also quick to respond. They are very easy to customize and can be quickly embedded on the website. Due to these reasons, polls are considered to be very simple and light.

    Depth of information

Polls questions gather opinion on a single subject and the respondents are usually not asked for any personal information and are, therefore, an anonymous form of feedback. Surveys gather views on multiple topics and extract detailed information. You can also ask for personal information like email address, age, name or profession, if needed.

    Purpose

Polls are generally conducted before an event, while an event is going on to know the outcome of an event or immediately after the event. They catch the thoughts on the top of the mind and doesn’t require too much effort on the respondent’s side. Surveys, on the other hand, used for conducting satisfaction and experience surveys.

    Type of decision

Polls are used to make a simple and quick decision as they consume less time and resources. Surveys are used when you need to make a detailed analysis of the responses gathered. They capture various dimensions of feedback and translate that data into charts and reports that help in creating a better business strategy.

  • Were you able to charge at home or did you have a significant about of charging station use?

  • Also choosing a unit (or units) that use a speed controlled compressor will limit cycling as they can ramp for the actual load.

  • Hold on, no need to start a beef in the comments.
