  • Ik mocht het gelukkig opnieuw afrekenen. Maar de beveiliger ging eerst moeilijk lopen doen en bellen met zijn commando centrum of het wel of niet opzettelijk was. Dat duurde wel 10 minuten, of het voelde zo. En de communicatie ging niet echt discreet tussen hem en de andere Ikea medewerkers, dus stond echt voor paal.

  • Dat hele zelf afrekenen vind ik zo superkut. Laatst was er geen andere kassa open bij Ikea en moest ik langs zo een zelfscan kassa. Het was super heet en ik had haast waardoor ik alles vlugvlug deed.

    En je raad het al een Malm nachtkastje vergeten en door een beveiliger gecontroleerd. Er is voor mij echt geen rede om iets te stelen, maar ik voelde me echt een crimineel. Voor een gigantische rij met mensen geparadeerd worden dat je iets vergeten bent, ik voelde me echt de hele avond kut daardoor.

    Waarom wordt het afreken risico van de winkel naar mij verplaatst? En waarom wordt je zo ontzettend voor schut gezet als je iets vergeet? Laat mij gewoon in de rij staan voor een normale kassa met kassière en geen crimineel voelen.
