That I have a device that fits in my pocket and can connect to almost anyone else on the face of the planet, as well as tell me any fact I'd like to hear, or any story I'd like to experience. And it does all this about as fast as my thumbs can type out the request.
People who say PHP is shit haven't really used it and are just repeating the memes. It's a perfectly fine language and there are a number of excellent tools and frameworks for it. It's reputation is a result of it's easy entry and widespread use. A whole lot of people who knew just enough to be dangerous made a whole lot of stuff, and it ended up causing a whole lot of problems. But for some reason devs shit on the language instead of shitting on the devs who put them in a mess.

Yeah, they are literally adapting Frieren panel by panel, line by line. The only difference is the animation is top notch with even the small details, and the voice acting is hitting it out of the park. At this point I think it's safe to say the anime is the definitive version.
Spy x Family is basically just a sitcom, after the initial setup there really wasn't much overall story or character growth. That's totally fine, but it's not really going to generate a lot of buzz each week.
The only one that might have a legitimate argument is Freddy. He was burned to death by a vigilante mob after being "cleared" by the justice system. So one could understand his need for revenge. (Just ignore the fact that he really was a child killer and only got off on a technicality)
Meh, whatever. Even if the fediverse were to never get any bigger, it's still a win. This place is big enough to be stable and generate it's own content and culture. All that matters is if you're enjoying it here and actively trying to make it a better place.
