I understand your cynicism, but if there's a silver lining it's that this is a state level charge so he couldn't pardon himself or get it dismissed if he were to somehow win the election. So this trial gonna happen no matter what.

Halo. I picked up the collection in the summer steam sale for $10 and it was just ... boring. I guess that's to be expected for a 20+ year old game, the genre has innovated and improved a lot since then.

What independents? That argument made sense 20 years ago, but that hasn't been a thing since the Obama administration.

TLDR: Political scientist did a study and wrote a book on independents. Most people who identify as independent actually lean towards one party and actually act MORE partisan than a party member. The "true" independents/undecideds completely withdraw from politics and just don't vote at all.

Bit of an aside, but one the smartest things I've ever done was after my dad brought his new TV and had just hooked it up, I quickly used the parental controls to delete Fox News from the channel lineup while he was looking away. He never even noticed, and he's in a much better mental state now.

That doesn't matter at all in today's political climate. Tribalism has taken over and they don't care if he's a criminal, Republicans will all vote for him simply because he's the nominee. The ONLY thing that matters is if the Dems can turn out enough of their people to beat him in the general.

Mate, it's literally the same game that's been out for almost a year. There's nothing fresh to review, and the only platform it was on before didn't allow reviews. It was incomplete shit then, it's incomplete shit now, so it's getting exactly what it deserves.
