While I like the concept, I can't help but prefer '!?' or '?!'.
There's more granularity of meaning, and I think it just looks nicer having two or more separate characters.
Well, they also have very obvious and complex behavioral responses, as well as similar brain activation to humans. It's extremely likely that animals experience emotions.
Sure, we don't really know, but then we're getting into the 'philosophical zombie' question.
Outer wilds is really worth completing! And you're right, watching a play-through would ruin it.
If you're having trouble with the ship controls, try just flying around the first planet and the moon a bit to get a hang of it. If you pay attention to gravity and momentum, you will be fine, it's not really mechanically demanding. For other planets, fly to where they will be, not where they are. Also, use 'match velocity' a lot whenever you're near something, which makes it a lot easier not to crash. There is also an autopilot mode, although I've never used it.
Also, I don't remember any difficult platforming, although I suppose 'difficult' is relative. There's only really one difficult skill based thing to do in the game I can think of, and it's 100% optional.

Well, I currently have my browser set to fake my user agent as windows on my linux desktop. So it's not overestimated in every case. I suspect it's a bit higher than the true percentage, but not by very much.
I don't how to feel about this. It feels like half inspiration, half indoctrination.
"sure, everything sucks, but just pretend it doesn't!! the cute woman will smile at u and u will leave the store together!!!"
The message about empathy is important. I don't think I could ever be "well-adjusted" to modern hell though, and I'm not convinced it's really something to aspire to anyway.
The video equates discontent with self centeredness and lack of empathy. But I'm not angry with the person driving in front of me, I'm angry with politicians and automakers who scarred our land with highways and parking lots, and prioritized cars over humans. I'm not angry with the people around me at the supermarket, I'm angry at the megacorporations that damage the planet and exploit people while filling up the shelves with a million "different" products that are all overpriced and somehow even smaller than they were last year.
The video may be well meaning, but I think it misses the mark, and works to reinforce the status quo.
I was excited when I saw Necrodancer, but honestly this just looks like a rather conventional rhythm game. Would love a Necrodancer 2 though.
