Humans actually have more bacteria in their mouths than dogs, and most of the diseases we have aren’t zoonotic amongst each other so you’re actually a higher risk for smooching a human.
The only real risk is if you feed your dog raw chicken or they live with a litter box. So go ahead and kiss up! The world could always use more love, and it’s delightful for both parties!
This seems like an extremely secure way to find out who owns the dog…anyone can just say a dog belongs to them and then take it and do god knows what with it.
At least this way, the real owner is likely the only one who can step up and claim their dog.
When this thing was first announced it was met with mostly people all over going “what’s the point of this thing, nobody is going to buy such a useless thing when they can just play on their phone or some adapter” etc.
Then when the pre-orders where announced to be selling out, it didn’t shift to “people want this thing”, they just pivoted to “they are just lying to hype it up”
And now that it’s sold out everywhere, they have no choice but to either admit it was wanted and they were wrong, or just keep going with the idea that, no, it’s everyone else that is wrong.

After way too much research into this topic yesterday I can only conclude they are counting immigration data into the millennial side of things. They weren’t born here, but they are here now and of the age to be considered millennials, and they are technically American now, so it adds up to the biggest American generation ever.

When did we become America's largest population ever if boomers had more than us? What am I missing here?
Naw sounds more like it would teach them consequences for their actions while reminding them privileges are not a given. Your mom may have just taken it too far too many times. Or maybe you were a slow learner, who knows.
