I thought the advuce was to not use it for save files due to the risk of trying to sync while playing the game?

Most of France's former colonies in Africa are forced to use a currency called the CFA Franc, and France controls its value. France uses this control to pressure these countries to mainly trade with France.

This doesn't excuse the shitty behaviour in other countries, but France doesn't get to act all high and mighty when the topic turns to imperialism.

Actually, it's not about geography. Rare-earth elements aren't that rare, it's just that they're difficult to separate from each other and produces a lot of pollution. China's the main exporter because they don't care much about pollution and they undercut everyone else in the market to gain a monopoly over the years
