Omg, so much this. So fucking annoying.

The biggest issue for me is the rape. My sister was raped by my dad when she was that age. Fortunately, she never got pregnant. It destroyed my family. That's probably why that's a bugger issue for me..

By medical necessity, I mean if the mothers life is in danger or the child is not going to make it.

It's a sick world that someone would rape a 12 or 13 year old. I still think this article focuses on the wrong issue. If I were President, I'd lead a charge to make raping a minor a federal death penalty issue.

First, whoever raped her belongs in that special level of Hell reserved for rapists, child molesters and Justin Beiber fans. I've said this before, there should always be an exemption for rape, incest and medical necessity. This is one area that I disagree with other fellow conservatives. It's a fucking disgrace that there aren't exceptions.

So, she's 13 and we're blaming the lack.of abortion as the problem? SHE'S 13! That should be the problem.

Nobody has honestly given you an answer beyond, hur, dur, Republicans are bad. What some don't want to admit is that a lot of GOP voters believe a fetus is a baby at conception. Full stop. They see abortion as someone ending a life. And there is nothing you can do to reason with them.

I'm a pro-choice Republican. I draw the lime at anything over 12 weeks, though. And I don't like that some people use it as a form of birth control. Are condoms not cheap enough? They are cheaper than an abortion. So, why not use that?

BTW, read up on Margaret Sainger, the founder of Planned Parenthood. She legitimately was a racist with quotes to prove it.

The circlejerk of Lemmy is real. It's the same thing that was so visible on Reddit and the irony is that everyone on Lemmy, even the ones participating in the circlejerk are patting these on the back on how better they are than reddit.

Any explanation as to why it's a bad practice? For me personally, I only burn in foreign subtitles. But I can imagine others burning all of them.into the movie.

Most that I download automatically have a subtitle when you finish the download. You have to play the file (I use VLC) and then I click on Subtitle and find out if it's forced otlr regular subtitle. Then use Handbrake and burn in the forced (or regular subtitle, depending on what you want) and then add to my server. I do this so if Plex goes away then I won't have to worry about it having built in subtitle support.
