Oh well, having aurora store installed for one single app isn't worth it to me. My second lens is for night mode shots, and I barely use that. It's just nice to have access to it at all.
So I just installed the default lineage cam again, and would you look at that, it can use both lenses on my OnePlus 5T. Would love to have more manual controls though.
Thank you so much for reminding me this app exists
Such a shame that this kind of issue is a thing in the first place. I'd love to use a Fairphone and slap DivestOS on it, but potentially losing two lenses I paid for isn't great at all
I'm kinda sad that I never got one, I would go all out in rating the technical and creative qualities of the photo, making the sender both feel bad and hopefully getting them interested in photography enough to get an actual fucking hobby
Is e os able to use all the camera lenses? That's one problem I have with custom roms, they're often unable to hook into the camera API in order to use anything other than the main back and front camera
The simple information when you receive a notification for a specific app can be combined with a whole lot of other info about you that's being collected by big tech and/or governments.
Now obviously that shouldn't happen in the first place, but if a backup disappearing is a problem for a user, then that user didn't do their backups correctly.
But yea, fuck Google. Like, with a chainsaw. Sideways.
The lead dev sold simplemobiletools to Zippo Apps (or whatever they're called), a company known for buying apps and stuffing them full of ads, trackers and bullying people into buying subscriptions.
That news came a bit out of the blue, and while I understand why he sold it, the fact that he sold it to such a fuckface company that goes against everything his apps stood for is... yeah
I volunteer to find out
