Lineage OS based on Android 11. Pressing the icon toggles Bluetooth. Pressing the text opens popup. It works the same way also for wi-fi, mobile data and DND.
I use alpine linux with musl and openrc. It's an old laptop, so I use it only for torrenting and watching movies. Basic stuff work just fine. The only thing that doesn't is Nvidia proprietary driver.
Huawei doesn't even provide possibility to unlock bootloader, so it's big NO. Currently I'm using Lineage OS on my primary phone and Linux on secondary phone. But the main problem is big amount of proprietary staff like modems, that can even work bypassing SOC and OS. I found only one phone with truly open-source hardware. It's Liberty phone from Purism. It costs 2000$ and has perfomance comparable to 50$ Android phone.
I don't have any app with embedded ads on my phone. All my apps is FOSS except banking apps. And when I didn't know about the existence of F-droid, I just downloaded patched apks with disabled ads or patched apps by myself using luckypatcher.
That's because Aliexpress refund system works good. But some time ago, several chinese seller tried to fool me in direct messaging saying "close the appelation and I'll return money to your PayPal". Also I had bad expirience with chinese software. It's always proprietary, contain bugs and rarely get fixes.
