You can't use icloud for iwork files?

I like them sonce they're easy to install and you can update all Flatpaks at once. But I don't likke the paths and run commands. Very unintuitive.

I use an old Apple Cinema display with fedora and it only works at full resolution with Xorg..

Nowadays with Flatpaks you can use any distros you want.

This is very close to what I'm looking for. I really liked the app store part. I'll surely give it a try.

Does this need root access?

I use Shotcut for work, although we have a Premier Pro subscription. It's perfect for my needs. We cut simple edits with no effects. I just occasionally need to be able to adjust volume and change video size / aspect ratio. Shotcut is perfect for my needs.

How is battery life compared to Mac os?
