Microsoft teams limits your clipboard to 500 characters when you try to copy on the app. Of course blocks screenshots too. If I'm on a meeting that isn't being recorded, I now have no way of saving any pertinent information, and the ones that ARE recorded get automatically deleted after 30 days. 🤷🏽♀️
If that happens often enough to be worth 43 times more than the cat cable, then it sounds totally justified to me. But also, what if you got a toaster oven for upstairs? To put next to the router?
That was my gut reaction right after it happened, since UHC is my insurance company. But I'm just disappointed people are either lack curiosity, lack empathy, or actively support the true evil here.
I generally sleep during the day, skips the useless meetings. Then I go to the office around 8pm and crank out profit for my corporate overlords. They (mostly) understand it's better for them this way, and I meet all the expectations of office attendance and social gatherings.
But that assumption, of how reality works, is based on the premise that reality is, has always been, and can only work that way. Maybe opposites coexist in some other concept of reality?
Obviously being on Lemmy you get people who support open access. But seeing the state of the average American, and the results of their latest election, maybe it's time for big brother to step in a little bit...
