anyone have an e bike they recommend? looking for something to ride to/from work and the shops, really (recreational rides will take place on existing bike).

Cost not really a factor, but would prefer something with good range, easily removable battery and that I can put a pannier rack on. and know, generally good quality... I keep getting distracted by bikes that just look good, so any guidance appreciated!

yeah, when I can't be bothered thinking about what to eat, a bag of salad and a bit of protein (whatever I feel like at the time) takes no time to cook, is cheap and healthy.

not sure- never done either, as I tend to trip chain and just walk through the supermarket each day as I come home from work/the beach/wherever (if I need any food)

just tried Hello Fresh for the first time because a friend sent me free boxes.

It was....fine.

Lots of packaging for stuff I have in my kitchen anyway, and a very simple meal. Taste was quite nice.

edit: also, huge calorie load compared to my normal meals.

I just use samsaung galaxy buds. I think galaxy buds 2? certainly not pro.

I do - I am also a side sleeper, but having used earbuds for a while, and a pillow that, while firm, has a cushiony layer, I'm used to the feeling of them. I almost need them to sleep, now
