There are apps that will upload video to the web live while recording in the background. Don't have any interactions with random strangers that you aren't recording. Have security cams at your house recording 24/7 saving remotely to a secure server.

For this kind of recall, the expense can be insanely low. It's just a software update that can be done over the air. Something that would warrant a recall is the type of thing they would fix for future builds. So they already put money into it to update the software for future builds. Just pushing it to older builds is simple. Ergo the part of the formula for "the cost of doing the recall" is, as previously mentioned, insanely low. This makes it very easy to have that cost be lower than the amount to settle out of court.

I haven't suffered any major injuries yet. I think it's less the training is hurting it and more my body is just showing signs of age while actively being used. That is a "good Samaritan" law. They can compel you to help, but that could be calling law enforcement. That's also why in my examples the gunfight still had a deadly threat. No laws compel you to put yourself in danger to help.

Except if you are actively dying and I refuse to help in my personal capacity, I'm not threatening to harm you. I'm just not helping you from imminent harm (presuming I didn't cause that imminent harm). Now if you're on fire and I'm currently watering my lawn with the hose when you ask for help, it's shitty of me to not help. But if you're in a gunfight with someone and you're asking me to render aid as they are still a threat, sorry pal.
