Pretty sure he's already shipped legal green card holders already. At the very least it just takes a clerical error to label a citizen incorrectly to accomplish the same thing. And that was even in the face of a court order explicitly telling him not to do that. He just ignored it.

It's good to understand, but if the only answer you get is "it's always been done this way" odds are it's bad. If there was a good reason, that's the reason you'd get.

Intent could matter, if they addressed their actions after the fact. Acknowledging that it looks bad and affirming your position to the contrary is the minimum. He has not done that.

Pretty sure current tech is difficult to get blood pressure from a watch. The results vary a lot depending on how firmly the watch is against the skin and where in the wrist it's registering. It also needs to be calibrated using a normal cuff.

What bank in their right mind is going to take that bet? They'd be gambling that when the government defaults, we wouldn't have some ass-clown in office with a penchant for welching on contracts.
