If we are talking about why most of the Nazis weren't put on trial the reason "they were in administration" is only half the truth as a lot of Nazis weren't put on trial because the US had a use for them or because they just didn't care enough. I mean look at how the Soviets approached denazification and how the US did. East Germany was a lot more thorough than west germany.

As an example SS members were allowed entry to Canada who had a very strict "no communists" immigration policy and their SS tattoos actually proved to be an advantage to prove that.

I've seen this claim before and at best its only a half truth. I can't give a full write up unfortunately but a lot of top Nazis and SS members were given cover to settle elsewhere or used to agitate against the Soviet Union. Some were useful, like engineers or other academic Nazis, others were useful because they could be trusted to be anticommunist and still others had useful contacts in parts of the world the US had little to no influence in.

No you haven't that's the thing, the amount of Nazis that didn't get put on trial speaks volumes about the real reason for the war. There was a show trial for the Nazis that the allies had no use for and just finger wagging afterwards.

Well my first point has nothing to do with communism but how voting dem doesn't make sense even within the electoral system, but at least you found your moral high ground.

The idea is that the dems won't ever change anything if people vote blue no matter who. You want to make politicians work for your vote not hold you hostage in a "are you voting for a single genocide or double genocide" scenario. If you keep voting blue no matter who the slide into fascism will be just as sure only dragged out longer.

He actual solution is communist revolution obviously, but that's a whole other topic.

I can tell you about topology though, its essentially a way to talk about a space where points don't have a distance to each other. By that I mean there does not exist a function to measure the distance between two points, which is fundamentally different from "all points are so close we cannot measure their distance". In the latter case a distance might still exist in reality, its just our instruments are not fine enough to detect it. What we mean however is that it makes "no sense", for whatever reason, to talk about distance. The main thing of topology then is that we can still talk about properties of a space, for example whether any two points on a surface can be connected by a path, even though they don't have a distance to eachother or to any of the points linking them.

You definitely lose a lot without the possibility to measure distance but not as much as one might expect. Another example would be that it is possible to distinguish between a torus and a sphere (or any other genus).

My point is that "intextricably linked" makes no sense when talking about an abstract model and a real phenomenon. They aren't inextricably "linked", one is real the other isn't how could they possibly be linked. It's the person modeling reality that makes the link.
