Yeah, when I need one I buy one from eBay for about $8. Sure it's probably a bulk licence that's been setup on a stolen credit card, but in all my years of doing this I've never had one of these licences revoked.

There are bands I wish I got to see live, but not many who I wish were still creating music - because bands generally break up when the members change and grow apart and they can no longer make the music they came together to make.

Just like a once great TV show that jumps the shark, we should applaud when a band decides that their creative race is run and they call it quits.

On that, I wish I'd seen (or even knew about) The Dillinger Escape Plan in their day. I wish I'd seen RATM live.

Edit: I just remembered another one. I saw this little domestic band, Horace Bones, play one of the smaller rooms at a festival once. Their set was absolutely amazing, and while their one album is good, it's not like the live experience they put on that day. They played one or two more shows after that festival then disappeared, just ghosted their socials etc. I still have their tshirt from that gig.

God, next you know it people will be marrying Russians!

Because I have multiple doors in my house which lead outside. I normally take my shoes off when I come inside, but sometimes I come in one door and then want to leave via a different door only to realise my shoes are at the other end of the house.

I swear Domino's pizza is the best calorie to dollar ratio here. You can get a pizza that's probably more than your daily calorie requirement for under $5 if you buy something like a Hawaiian at lunch time.

Just checked and a deep pan pepperoni is over 1200kcal and is AUD7 (USD4.60).

I think there's a lot of value in just lying down on the floor and getting up like ten times a day. Being unable to get up after a fall is a huge problem for older people.

I don't know if I'd call his new stuff "bangers".
