Definitely the neck pillow! A nice proper one if you have the space, but at least an inflatable one! And a big bottle of water once you're through security.

No matter how bad things are, we certainly can worry about the conditions of the world. However, it's not very constructive.

I all too often consider the fact that climate collapse with take human quality of life back the better part of a century in the developed world, and much more on the global south.
