Non-Americans, what's it like when you're sick and need to go to the doctor?

You forgot to mention the region this is for
"I won't be able to use many computers today." See how much/many in this position would indicate a multiple of computer? As though you could only use a few. But you're not wanting to count the number of computers but the amount of time. In the original, "the" before "computer" indicates it's singular so that the original sentence is simply not grammatical. What you probably mean is: "I won't be able to use the computer much today."
(Edit: I think in older English you could also put "much" earlier in the sentence: "I won't much be able to use the computer today." Makes me think of "Tell me where is gandalf, for I much desire to speak with him." https://youtu.be/uE-1RPDqJAY?t=74)
For the second sentence, swap the verb and the noun. I don't know why. "It's incredible how the time flies!" Putting the verb before the time might fit in a question: "How flies the time? Like an arrow!"
If you have a lot of intrinsic motivation, Anki will probably make you learn the languages the fastest (or maybe you pick one of the two, idk how Norwegian Bokmål and Nynosk interact)
If not, some gamified thing like Duolingo keeps a lot of people engaged for ages apparently. Keep in mind that even their scientific papers are using engagement as the metric by which they score different spaced repetition parameters, not lesson retention. My grandma has been doing English for a year and I have yet to hear her speak two words, but she loves the characters and enjoys it a lot and that's the important thing for her ^^. If you've already got the book for the in-depth part, this could be a way to supplement by building a habit of daily learning
I'd guess that most other software is somewhere in between, at least on learning efficiency (like listening to audio books as someone else suggested: ok that's great and engaging, once you have a solid foundation at least, but it's only listening comprehension and you already need to know a lot so the further learning is somewhat limited)
I'm content with OpenArena, so Quake 3 with open source graphics so you can install and play it anywhere. What does champions do that I'm missing out on?
Same with any other system that runs any OS you want
You're going to drive it without lessons? Is that legal where you live? I'm confused about the question
Does she do graphic design, or why would an Apple be better than any other brand for half the price?
Of course a 200$ laptop isn't very usable, but why pay thousands of dollars extra just to have an Apple logo and get the kid introduced to vendor lock-in
Oh, I had completely forgotten that I did something similar!
To cross the rails, you have to go under them through a tunnel. Someone on crutches took the elevator down while I was carrying my electric scooter and heavy backpack down the steps. I'd make it to the other side before them and could ride the elevator up myself (I thought it would be weird to stand inside, waiting for them), but the person looked like they weren't having the best day on these crutches. So I walk through the tunnel and order the elevator, but turn around and take the stairs up myself, just as they're exiting the elevator on the other side so they didn't see me order it. When I reach the top of the stairs, they just pushed the button and the elevator was right there waiting for them ^^
(As for sending the elevator down to where I know someone will be coming, yeah I do that all the time as well since there's no reason not to tell the system where it makes sense to go)
we just went everywhere on bike. Every day an hour or two just following the coastline, nothing but the sea, the shore and the sails of the boats in the distance.
Definitely an interesting perspective change to hear one's commute can also be considered a holiday activity (am Dutch)
What game are you changing exactly with this?
The French: centered on Paris

Exactly this. I don't understand the crack screen people but to each their own :p

Did you ever find anyone was following you? Or ever heard of a friend who was followed?
It surely happens but so do meteorite impacts and such cases make news because they're special. If it's not showing up in regional statistics (the nearest couple million people or so) and you don't even know a friend of a friend for whom checking would have been useful, I'd say it's unnecessary in the place where you are
Once you go apt install qalc you never go back
Edit: or the gui version, idk, I pretty much live on the command line so maybe I'm biased but this thing does everything I've ever wanted from a calculator. Also use it on my phone now, yes from the command line, because I still haven't found a proper mobile app that can conveniently do more than multiplication
A surprising number of people from 1920 were alive in the 80s!
I was in Britain for only a handful of days and think I saw at least two meanings for the word bubble and none of them were "air pocket inside a liquid" (or even "fizzy drink" or something related to bubbles). One was mashed potatoes, I can't remember the other one. You'll simply need to ask to find out what it is they're selling!
The show that this fuck Microsoft clip is from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zpCOYkdvTQ
I was set on watching until this quote occurs to get the full suspense and context and comedic relief.... but I failed my goal during episode 2. Cannot suspend disbelief for this one, it's too dumb, makes no sense, most jokes fall flat. It's like they gave Gandalf a clown costume and Frodo acts as though that's normal and we're supposed to be falling off of our seats from that
Where does all that stuff go after it's used? I can't imagine it's all recycled properly (let alone reused) but also not really that the bulk is not separated out at such volumes
Do you need to pay for any prescription medicine?
