It's finally going to be cooler in my area this week, and it's going to rain! I can finally study at my schools library without sweating like a pig and getting sunscreen in my eyes because of it.
From my perspective specifically as a Canadian, it seems that it's an American/North American thing. Some threads I was in on reddit would be full of vitriol and hate until the Europeans woke up; then I would have some actual conversations. Of course, this is just what I think. May be other reasons for that.
Do it. I have a 1070 Ti (released around the same time) and although it's still chugging along, it's starting to struggle with the games I'm playing (they're not AAA). I want to upgrade, but it'll have to be next summer since I'm a poor af student.

Same! Though, I am disappointed that we likely aren't getting hills or diagonal walls lol. Regardless, looking forward to it.
...Also (as a pet peeve), I can't deal with space ships where the thrust vectors are wrong. Personally, I would like to see the engines as some sort of building you have to build in the centre of your platform so you could actually walk around if you needed too, but it looks like you'll just be chilling in the white building thing, which would still be difficult to move around in because you'd constantly be 'falling' towards the engines. /reeeeeeeeeeeeeeant
