I don't know if it's the number one cause, but it has definitely caused me to have some antisemitic thoughts before I caught myself doing it and started making a serious mental effort to always distinguish between Zionism, Judaism, and Jewish ethnicity. Nothing else has ever caused me to give credence to racist ideas.

It's both. The mere fact that there are people with billions of dollars to throw around means a large amount of the world's productive capacity is spent catering to the whims of billionaires when it could instead be spent on useful things for ordinary people. And because money is inseparable from politics, billionaires can more or less directly bend government policies to their will, greatly hindering anyone else from having a real say in government policy.

Is the difficulty in 4 as broken as it is in 3? I gave up in disgust after realizing I could win most encounters by literally just standing still and holding down the A button.

There are studios out there making games with the QoL improvements modern gamers demand without without modern bullshit like subscriptions and microtransactions. Baldur's Gate 3 is a particularly prominent example of a studio doing the right thing and being massively rewarded with sales.

In that case I'd agree with you. It seems like the only objective way to say how dangerous an animal is is to look at something like reported deaths, but you'd really want to divide those numbers by some measure of how frequently each animal encounters a human, and they data is not so readily available.

"Most dangerous" is misleading. Yes, they appear on various top-ten lists if dangerous animals, and you should never approach one, but the annual deaths are only in the triple digits. Mosquitos and humans are a vastly bigger threat.

Looking at some lists of the most dangerous animals, most deaths seem to be a result of the animals spreading diseases or using venom. The only animal most people need to be worried about killing them using size and strength is another person.

Getting exposure to the language only once a week will definitely hinder you a lot. When learning a language, there's a bunch of stuff you'll memorize without even thinking about it if you spend time working on it every day, but it will be hard to remember if you spend a week between learning sessions.

I considered saying the same thing, but C# has been around almost as long as Java at this point, and I believe it's commonly used for teaching, so I have a hard time believing there's a shortage of learning resources. Starting with Java seems like a waste of time if your goal is to learn C#, because you can learn the concepts equally well in either language, but if OP starts with Java they'll end up spending a lot of time unlearning Java quirks and APIs while learning the equivalent stuff for C#.
