  • Yeah I didn't understand passkeys. I'm like why is my browser asking to store them? What if I'm using another browser? Why is my password manager fighting with my browser on where to store this passkey?

    I felt so uneasy.

So I decided not to use passkeys for now until I understood what's going on.

  • I still have my British SIM card which gives me roaming in the states for an astonishingly cheap amount.

Canadian roaming is a nightmare to me. I'd be horrified if I accidentally left my phone on roaming or something.

  • The sentencing was also attended by about a dozen supporters of Pollock, who continued to jeer at and mock Leroux outside the courthouse. The group left when Windsor police officers approached them.

Bunch of losers. Sickening who this person is and their supporters are just as bad.

  • What's funny is that I saw the first FMA years ago and forgot what it was about. When I saw Brotherhood I was getting weird flashbacks while watching it...

At the end of it ... Brotherhood was buried into my mind and I can't stop recommending it to everyone. I can't even remember much about the first anime.

I'd love to critique it against the first but I can barely remember the first. I think the first part was pretty close or something, but yeah.

  • Oh no they listened, haven't met anyone that didn't.

I don't think they typically want to have a convo? But I can't say.

lol, I also stay away from asking people that look like they'll cause me trouble. I could try being extra polite, but I have a very "I-can-whoop-this-kid"-kinda face, lol.

  • It takes me a while to see how enraged I get with it. I always have to wonder if I can take a punch from that person.

I once joked, "hey that's pretty loud isn't it?" And instead of them taking the hint, they were startled and were like, what's going on? and I instead I just go, "excuse me, could you turn that down?" now. Direct approach is better.

  • I don't think that's tinfoil hat at all. I mean it seems like a very logical explanation and the same thoughts I had when I was watching it happen.

I still remember when Hillary went to Obama before conceding and most were speculating it was going to be about a cabinet position and her running after Obama did.

  • I think the looking I do with manual controls is a quick glimpse to put my hand on the control. After that, I can adjust while keeping my eyes on the road.

I find with digital that I stare at it during the entire adjustment period.

Subscriptions do need to die though. Especially car subscriptions.

  • love John Mulaney

He also thanked the crowd for fundamentally changing the world for his almost three-year-old son, ensuring that he "will never talk to an actual human again."

"Instead, a little cartoon Einstein will pop up and give him a sort of good answer and probably refer him to another chatbot," Mulaney told audiences, referring to the fact that chatbots still have a strong tendency to "hallucinate" facts.
