Right? She literally just said what a lot of people on Lemmy think, which is that the Democrats suck because they're still supporting Israel and they also suck because they aren't progressive enough. Regardless, she's going to vote for Kamala because that's the choice we have right now. I applaud her statement.

For once, the Democrats have figured out how to game the Republicans into gun regulations: by being vocal about firearm ownership on the left.

Last time the Republicans passed gun reform, it was during their god-emperor Reagan's presidency, when Black Panthers had the nerve to arm themselves in public while forgetting to be white.

Harris should promote open carry for immigrant brown people. Maybe then we can finally get universal background checks, red flag laws, etc.--all popular with the public and a majority of gun owners.

Good on you! Please still get involved in changing the system and supporting third parties, but, for now, that work is most effective in local elections and between the general elections. That, and voting in the D or R primaries to vote out incumbents or to select a party candidate who's more in line with your priorities.
