"They" aren't anywhere near the first, mind you, and again: genocide describes a series of actions, not just the culmination (unlike "extinction", as I said).
They didn't fail at genocide. That's not an absolute, it's a process. They may've failed at outright extinction most often (though some scattered empires of old would point out that they were destroyed by religion), but genocide is an inalienable aspect of every single religion known to mankind. Right up there with molesting children and blatantly plagiarizing "sacred" text whole cloth from other grifter "holy" men.
The simple fact that entire legit shops are destroyed by this "provision" without any consequences for the platform, much less the fraudsters, is my main gripe with the state of ecommerce currently. Etsy is a festering pucker of a "marketplace" to begin with (originally invented to showcase handmade crafts, but somehow has never offered a made-to-order inventory system, is notorious for auto-refunds in full to the point of supporting scammers' various antics, and skews search results visibility to leverage paid placement despite claiming the exact opposite, etc.), but every single one of those pus-munchers that exploit the criminally lazy SoP of that "marketplace" deserves a n2 pencil to the carotid. 🤷🏼♂️
That implies that she was capable of multiple fucks simultaneously, and as anyone who's attempted such would tell you: that ain't happening. Only one fuck at a time, and all others are bonus; though the current fuck at any given moment could very well cycle throughout the options, it's a matter of focused attention.
Abrahamic* to be precise. They're all the same asshole, just different names. (And, even that was listed from earlier cultures' traditions, FFS. Lazy, unoriginal, and fucking stupid? That tracks for religion all around, really.)
Better guess: they were incentivized to only delve as far as they did.
