That's why I got a smart band. It tracks all useful metrics like HR, sleep, stress, SPO2 and does limited smartwatch stuff. Plus, it costs much less compared to a smartwatch without needing a ton of battery to boot with.

The model size for this task would be so small and energy consumption so miniscule it won't matter.
